All orders are handmade after they are placed. Please allow 1-5 business days for production before your item ships.
If the product is available from a previous batch, your order may ship sooner.

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please allow extra time during major sales or holidays.
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada and the US
Flat-rate $15 shipping for orders under $100

SHIPPING TIME
Canada: 3–9 business days (after processing), depending on location
USA: 5–15 business days (after processing), depending on location
International: Currently, we do not ship internationally

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by customs Please Note: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for packages "returned to sender" due to unpaid customs fees. These charges are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
